Can I contact someone in your Brownsville office if I call your Bowling Green number?
Yes! All phone calls, from either number, are routed to the same operator.
How do I sign up for Internet Banking?
To sign up for Internet Banking, use the link to the right or click here. Please fill out the information on the resulting page as completely as possible. Your application will be sent to Bank of Edmonson County for processing, and you should receive your approval the following business day.
I've forgotten my user name and/or password!
Please use the Forgot Username or Password under Internet Banking Login above. If you are still having problems contact Bank of Edmonson County at (270) 597-2175 or (270) 793-0033 to retrieve your user name or reset your password.
Will scheduled transfers I've set up at the bank show in my online scheduled transfers section?
No, any transfers you have scheduled at the bank will be seperate than transfers you schedule online. If you would like your scheduled transfer to be listed on your online banking site, please contact the bank to cancel your old one and then setup a new one online, otherwise, your transfer will occur twice.
What is Multi-Factor Authentication?
Multi-factor Authentication, MFA for short, is the name given to requiring more than just a password to login to your internet banking account. It is a new requirement by FDIC for all banks who offer transactions over internet banking.
How does Multi-Factor Authentication work?
When you log in to your internet banking account you will have to create security questions. Then, once you are logged in, you can “register” a computer so that you will not have to answer your security questions every time you login from your home computer. If you attempt to login from any other machine, you will will be required to answer your security questions for added safety.
Do I have to use Multi-Factor Authentication?
Bank of Edmonson County will be requiring you to use Multi-Factor Authentication to comply with new federal regulations.
If you have any questions not answered by the items above,
please call Bank of Edmonson County at (270) 597-2175 or (270) 793-0033.
